Jerry Clark and Ed Palattella, authors of Pizza Bomber: The Untold Story of America’s Most Shocking Bank Robbery, explore her personal history, her motivations and her chilling crimes in their new book, Mania and Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong: Inside the Mind of a Female Serial Killer.

Join them as they sign copies of their new book at the Barnes & Noble bookstore in Erie, 5909 Peach St., from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19.

Also for sale will be copies of Pizza Bomber and their other book, A History of Heists: Bank Robbery in America. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Partnership for Erie’s Public Schools, a nonprofit that benefits the Erie School District.

» Ed and Jerry will sign copies of their new book and their other books at the Women’s Only Expo at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie on Oct. 28 and 29. They are also the authors of A History of Heists: Bank Robbery in America, which Rowman & Littlefield published in 2015 and which is to be released in paperback in 2018. Their first book, Pizza Bomber: The Untold Story of America’s Most Shocking Bank Robbery (Berkley/Penguin) remains optioned for a movie.
